1. Terms and Agreements

4. There is a download limit of 3.5GB per 12 hour period & a total of 7.2GB limit per 24 hours in order to preserve the bandwidth for all of our members. A violation may result in immediate temporary block of your membership for the remainder of the 12 hour period.
5. Under this agreement you may not:
   1. post or share usernames and passwords;
   2. file share, upload a copy of any materials to any file locker, cloud storage, tube site, torrant site or any website/server;
   3. take and upload screen captures of the site design or video captures;
   4. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   5. modify or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server;
   6. copy or modify WC Media's website design in any manner;
6. Your membership shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by WC Media at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this agreement, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Billing Statement

1. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as "WC Media",US. All transactions are safe and secure. Please note your IP address will be logged with all transactions.
2. All subscription fees are non refundable. Subscribers are liable for all charges incurred by themselves until termination of service.
3. In the event that one charges fees back to the credit card, the card and account holder will be investigated for fraud. This may include: With the merchant, billing company and credit card company. The result will be as follows: A permanent ban from all WC Media websites, A ban from the billing company. Your information will be on a Blacklist. This may result in not being able to use the credit card again to join any other adult websites. Legal action and compensatory damages may apply.

In no event shall WC Media be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Materials.
